King of Pop, Michael Jackson's famous 2700-acre Southern California ranch has been soild for 22 million dollars to billionaira Ron Burkle, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Burkle,who Forbes estimated is worth to be 1.5 billion dollar, was a friend of the famous singer, Jackson, who helped manage his money in the mid-2000s, according to the journal.
He is also co-owner of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Neverland was first put on the market in 2015, available for 100 million dollars six years after Jackson's death.
Colony capital, a real estatement investment firm, owned the Los Olivos, California, property under a 2008 agreement with Jackson.
Subsequently attemps to sell the ranch also flopped, untill Burkle was flying over the area and saw it, the Journal reported.
